The Kiowa Fire Protection District provided medical transport stand-by recently at the Responder Relief Rodeo hosted at the Elbert County Fairgrounds on August 17th and 18th, 2024
Comprised of both volunteer and paid staff, the complement of Firefighter/EMTs present were prepared for the unexpected while spectators looked on as cowboys competed for points.
We also congratulate our neighbors at Elizabeth Fire Protection District for winning the dunk tank contest and receiving all proceeds from that event.
